We work with furniture shops in north London and kept seeing the same thing: good shops held together with paper, spreadsheets and memory.
A furniture sale is not quick. The customer comes in twice, pays a deposit, the piece is made to order, the supplier sends it when it is ready, you agree a delivery date and sometimes you go back to fix a leg. Most tills and accounts packages were never built for any of that.
So we built FurnitureShop Pro around how a showroom actually runs. Quotes and orders, deposits and balances, stock and suppliers, deliveries, invoices and VAT all sit in one place, and your customers and suppliers get their own private pages so they stop ringing to ask.
